Since publishing her first novel in 2017, Jaycee has gone on to publish (or co-publish) over twenty books. Beyond writing, Jaycee still loves to read, take nature and landscape photos, sing, and make crafts of all kinds. She’s an ambivert who loves peopling in-person more than online. In addition to a love of baking and cooking, she enjoys discovering foodie hotspots and is notorious for using more words to describe the meals her characters are eating than how the characters and settings look.

The single most important thing about Jaycee is her faith. She’s a spirit-filled, Jesus-loving, imperfect-but-saved-by-grace Christian. And if you’re not one, you can still find lots of common ground. Though she’ll still pray God brings you into His loving embrace in His way, in His time, and when you’re open to it. Nobody ever fell in real love because someone whacked them over the head. She believes wholeheartedly that embracing our differences makes the world a better place. You’ll find authenticity, empathy, and compassion here. 

Jaycee is also passionate about teaching, mentoring, and ministering to women. She has led numerous bible studies, spoken at two Women’s Encounter weekends, and was a guest speaker at the 2022 VIVID Women’s Conference in Rio Rancho, NM.
